Creative expression can be artistic, beautiful, and peaceful to the mind. The arts can be a meditative practice drawing and releasing breaths of life for the artist. To enjoy a work of art as an object, a person can look for intrinsic attributes of a piece that appeals to his inner person through senses and feelings. "Talking about art or talking about the making of art" is a great concept to encourage insight and conversation skills.
