Caring in Social Responsibility

Blog topics:

"There is no injustice unless personally felt." Gregg K. Jann This is not about what a "gentleman" means to the lady who wants some nice treatment to her simply as her world of what she thinks a nice guy is, or for anybody with too much information numbed by world politics reporting.

Its about social responsibility, to care to persuade people to get involved in civics to answer problems vexing us. An advocate can blurt out feelings and emotions that may not be deeply attached in a couple relationship and he may be discriminated in economy, but he cares to fight for justice.

Does USA Like Their Champions?

Blog topics:

Mental Health Consumers, former volunteers then workforce 10 year steady after management career, union negotiators now sole proprietorship, disabled worker off entitlements all of them for a time: do people ever appreciate ADVOCATEs walking the walk trying for Upward Social Mobility based on their own talent and ingenuity while I may have made the most econ history and elections?

No emotional support like introductions to a wife, no recognition of meritorious medal, no economic reward for home ownership for all I did intellectually with sweat equity by working overload.

Gregg Likes Feminism if as Kind as Him

Blog topics:

I'm a nice type of person, and was guarded as kindness is taken advantage of if not toughly defended. I see "soft skills" like I invented while elected after I wrote editorial copy for school inclusion ahead of the US Equal Rights Amendment now in my adult advocacy for another Constitution Amendment; I talked to Marin to Oregon Congressman 1-1 in person at Democlub.org. and the staff of my own years ago in his Santa Rosa office.

Friends of the Land Good Peace

Blog topics:

Knowing other nations' animals and birds is a conversational starter point that can carry complications into habitat protections as an ethic and as hiking sports. Those Sierra Club Magazine, et. al., pictures and their legal courtroom battles to protect and preserve nature can feel more human in each of us and those who are in the Middle Eastern Holy Lands too with all their religions touched in care. It matters to care about nature, agriculture, and the environment wishing the best appreciation throughout the world while protecting what we have here.

Cesar Chavez Day and Too Used in Poverty

Blog topics:

President Obama federally recognized first this Friday's holiday. Ceasar Chavez combined economic justice with dignity and human rights commonly applied best making inroads in the modern era. Corruptions harm health of opponents even few legal disabled workers.

I relate by working 100 hour weeks 2 or 3 hourly jobs after designing a winning union negotiation. I bargained an unpopular stroke of history with language for consumer labor rights in a union labor contract within the mental health system. Leading up the soft white underbelly was not seen as a honest labor.

Management Training for Peace Treaty

Blog topics:

For armed services adding, more understanding soldiers can mentor MH consumers to bear responsibility and citizen participation as much as an elected Democrat non-partisan activist. It is like the US Coast Guard to change work to guiding and rehabbing persons with psychiatric disability. Having a Peace Department for pay is a good idea for private and public entities from Washington DC, a second is not maiming for opinion. I extrapolate from a theme on a ship I saw while exploring the mighty Columbia River this past week going to a museum or two.

Trust in Person not Forced Treatment

Blog topics:

Forced Treatment may for a time put medications into a mentally ill person who meets the definition grave disability, or hurting himself or others for Involuntary Commitment laws. I opposed FT when appointed to Cal Net to take part of that organization's ideology.

Technology Discrimination

Blog topics:

Blocking someone's opportunity socially and economically is a muddy field meant for an embarrassment of riches in caring with no harm intended. In politics it takes strategy for gate keeping to prevent friends from forcing you out of the political arena.

Hold the Fort To Oppose Social Security Cuts

Blog topics:

If Congress does not act on a previous spending limitation, Social Security for disabled people will be cut 19%. Draconian reductions threaten current substandard living. They aren't right for potentially hurting our most vulnerable in civil and human rights. The rate is not extravagance for despairing people. Rare trips and cars are not government issue.

Group Home Counseling with Peer Rules

Blog topics:

At 4th Street's Interlink Self Help Center while online, I overheard a Peer Counseling training "not to tell psychiatrists passing in the hallway someone's symptoms while working in a hospital." Group Home Counselors do in documentation when main job distancing from person-hood while eliminating the sickness part. I think rule for peers is not to get someone in trouble with more medicine even Dr's Orders. It is accepted by patients who are residents/participants to follow the rules and governance of Group Home treatment.
