Thinking our doctors and the entire medical and related professions mean "Do No Harm" as the central ethic, do you wonder if other countries and our own corruptions perform human rights abuses with this ethic mistaken? A world class treaty is needed, and Jann Demystifying Affects owning trademarks and copy rights in mental health services and medical counseling shows we're the ones to start this movement. Not punishing through clinical medicine is a needed law in America, is a rampant problem for China because this is seen as a good idea to do, is expected of communist types like Russia as a part of their evilness, and I bet Canada is no worse for stupid things like upstaging the chief medical school graduate.
