A Department of Peace needs to provide federal guidance and payment rules for progress and change for education, health and welfare, the work place, and source points and creative enterprise tips whereby all needing innovation for pay. For example, applying stronger civil rights so that a disabled person can own and profit from intellectual property source points from songs to legislation to Hollywood and even helping to invent the internet.
A Peace Department dedicated to changing past practices for the people, individuals, and movements, while rewarding the designer and target sources. We can reverse the ethics of not paying someone because they volunteered first, or enable hiring people who served our country for elections or in other ways, and employ people who are not liked by the workplace because they need to improve themselves as a service to them.
A federal department can assist the strong or unique service to change the systems to make something different, or to bolster the weak individuals to make contributions an individual or group needs - all permitting progress toward better quality or trying for a better fairness to one and all.
A Peace Department in Washington is better than a collection of local government offices who hear you. Its the federal treasury to pay talent and accomplishments for the rightful person who lead them or performed them, no matter who you are.
