A child started in my back yard "check In" with psychology with his head butt to sister's heart nearly 1/2 century ago. To him trying for wisdom gain from words of her feelings and activity. The "Check In" tool currently directs therapy sessions from that selfless youngster who didn't ask money from his clergyman-dad. Now he's a professional wordsmith with health business license with some industry experience and not yet paid for necessary influences.

"Check in" as a mental health status meeting or nicely applied to the person-part prevalence does not have a recorded origin at my finger tips. Kindness intent for trusted connecting, whether to stabilize or support thoughts, feelings, acts, and/or perceptions; started "check in' practices in the industry first and originally used by me for communication. The one time use worked in my memory by not over exploitation concerns of my creative product from watered stock in my mind (not outward) and is now written with ownership.
