Say "that (behavior)" instead of directly to the person you are addressing to register a compliant or requesting improvement. Labels are in the same vein. Language shorthand truncates understanding of the whole person for expediency. Lawyers intentionally use rude terms for people to be politically incorrect in their hard job adjacent to court.

"Persons with disability" is accurate for affected, and "schizophrenics" nearly universally opposed as subjecting a whole person to a diagnosis limitation. Delineating "fool", "asshole", and "loser" are strident showbiz and un-biblical meanness of LA story.

Occupationally, ie. as cashier or Seasonal worker should not bind a person from a complete self. "Change Agent" taught in management information systems to "speechwriter-Presidential speaker-soundbite specialist" before the internet was invented in the 1980s was supposed to be exciting professionally, now simply taken philosophically leading psychology of self help.
