Manipulating the environment of a person is wrongful. Message read in a class chalkboard unrelated to psychology while half out of my mind eventually graduating. Truth to Origin explains context value of living in high rise dorms hurt.
Better is to be bolstering with dignity directly and indirectly the person for his own edification and strength to traverse challenges. I never knew what Case Managers did, except I never wanted one for their going behind the backs of peers or not acquisition of property. I was never illegal or convicted of crime to be assigned CM monitoring.
