Gregg K. Jann talked with the former Soviet Union helping end their Cold War in his receiving a phone call at Whitney Hall at CSU, Chico, with 1 friend and 1 buddy outside the room probably 82-83.. Jann asked for himself to receive a Peace Dividend sometime around Fall 1982. On his only call, Gregg Jann nicley asked the Soviet Union to retire, to again be named Russia, for its people to become bigger in spirituality, and for their country to become smaller in size. G. Jann also said something about no spying, and use no poison in espionage and to get an international agreement. All of his response during the call without buckling to pressure and clearly spoken was on Gregg Jann's own basis at 20-21 years old, with no prompts or previous coaching/teaching and no one grilling him or questioning after by Foreign Affairs, security or anyone. HE KEPT SILENT and told these 2 friends, and Gregg J did not tell his old roommate, who was younger.

As copyright currently, Jann may have asked for an apology. Jann's "Left" at Santa Rosa Junior College(1982)(Bettering the World out of print) made points for a difference, and so did the diplomats hearing G. Jann even from back home in Santa Rosa, Northern California. Or his CSU, Chico essays in the newspapers.
