Winning rights does not equate to ability for kindness. We have a President to particularly address sore spots and improve national internal weaknesses. The women's movement seems to have intentionally lost nice by following competitive business roles and regimented interpersonal relations. Contrary to an ethical workplace, "Mean Party" management that suppresses workers to beat out ideas hurts one or a few employees to the company's credit. The mental health system employer is also harmful like this, showing Reagan's noted business problems of creativity and leadership. To take ideas without giving credit from the working disabled, similarly vulnerable, and those vying for promotion without providing monetary reward is wrong and lacks honor. Oppressing intellectual ability loses what we need as a nation, and we blame it on moribund unions, older workers, and schools. Much of the nation's leadership is not decent to their people who "squish" out productivity while being smothered away. An economic correction paying the right people with a promoted position is due now to move mountains in a recession.
