Loving yourself is key to confidence for leadership of self and to love another. Hard fought existence or challenging battles for accomplishments are vital for life satisfaction. Your daily routines are important for stability, your future goals depend on them, and are the basis to reaching out to others. Start by "inventing" a day for just yourself and extend a routine of activities of living as full a life as you can to the rest of the week. For example, Sundays with news, church attendance, football, and an optional stroll in nature came to me with a tiny bit of practice and realization of what I liked. Work and a night out with a regular activity can make a second routine day. Use your creativity in developing your interests favoring short term with long term goals not conflicting. Be flexible to open up for a change of plans for the day, particularly if you are looking for friendship or a deep connection.
