Conformity and punishment leads criminal justice for adults. A jurisdiction applying corrections with intolerance and a lack of understanding is often unfair and is not always efficient to strengthening progress. Utilizing my elected school board wishes as an official I spoke on the board against "behavior catches" in favor of character enhancing learning methods. Instead of so much tattle telling and making examples of unwanted behavior, we could reform people holistically with community supports. Being soft on the problem is great advice to develop and strengthen people, families, and their engagement with the community. For example, getting a miscreant to slow down his driving in the senior park can smartly use life changes and cooperation to increase responsibility of any aged people. Threats and limiting movement that harms a family hinders the direction we need society to evolve into.
