The latest art house commercial movie playing locally titled The Solitary Man portrays moral themes understandably and complex enough by including women. We like men making a comeback, young women are fun to play at as life, and our battles to recover can be stymied by a tough cookie of a relationship crossed. Helping college kids by testing women for quality vs. sex takes charisma. I appreciate the main character for his own humanity and contributions and not for acting like a jerk to women in person. By including women and business, this genre of who is good and evil with our love of cars is more enriching than the cowboys and Indians of past Hollywood.
