This past Sunday I read Psalms 51 before my congregation, and in the process I found I didn't like the versions that seemed to emphasize sin. I take the passage to be about peer counseling, as teaching "rebels" as one of them from a compromised situation. Beware of the "burnt offering" of being abused by the system, etc. in your providing an example and bringing forth care. Its best liberal Mainline churches to understand and accept people in recovery, and its wise for the consumers to not manipulate and to prevent usury of the religious people.
