Switching the TV channel during a Giants World Series game victory, I heard President Obama say midway through the debate: "We both believe in Nation Building - for our friends and other nations and in Nation Building within our own country." Community Building to me means cohesiveness and people getting along no matter what walk of life they traverse. The US Nation Building within our borders is best described by California's Mental Health Services Act designed by me and passed into law, which taxed millionaire incomes.

U.S. Representative Lynn Woolsey of California is retiring, and she leaves a legacy of 440 plus speeches on the House Floor speaking about peace and the motivation of taking care of us and helping the American people instead of paying the high cost in blood and money of war. Woolsey stated on 9/11 of 2012 that "helping people costs pennies on the dollar of waging war."
