Supporting Education's Contribution Through Hiring

A custodian does not often need to speak English on the job, and it was taught to me decades ago English speaking was an illegal job requirement if not necessary for the job. College graduates can read, write, and have intellectual stamina and exploration. If a job placement likes interpersonal qualities like "bounce" and comfortable personal sales attributes, college graduates may not get a preference. Graduates are hurt if their stated idealistic or airy desired salary ranges are not negotiable by an intolerant prospective employer.

Psyllium Seed Husks Good for Longevity

Blog topics:
Personal experience with a herb is expressed here in a usually opinion talk and time together blog home page in using my health services business tax license from Santa Rosa, CA. Doctor One: "We know high cholesterol increases the chance for heart attacks." Doctor Two: "Psyllium Seed Husks are a natural food that lowers cholesterol." Retired Doctor Three: "Psyllium Husks lower cholesterol up to 15%." Using the bulk food bins at natural and fine food stores is cheaper than flavored over-the-counter fiber and laxative products made from psyllium husks.

Inexperienced Skill A Little Hazed

A bowling score of 129 by the President is an excellent score to reveal in first entertainment contexts. With the myriad of complex issues to act on, Barak O'Bama presented a side that having fun and playing off pressure is one priority of mental health. His self-deprecating manner, highlighting an example which offended some receiving media attention, sets a tone of approachability in highly competitive cultures of Washington, Wall Street, Main Street, and sports. Standing firm by respecting each one of us is important for advocates and the public alike.

Living Hardships and National Public Relations

Social Equity in areas such as poverty, discriminations, barriers to entry, and people needing supports in health and rehabilitation is not usually appreciated in comprehensive focused plans in ecology, business, and the interpersonal fabric of neighborhoods. The people of hurted conditions need to advocate for themselves with others, including strangers, reaching out with understanding and support to permit survival from hardships which do create a glorious history.

Prevailing Management School

Blog topics:
From Scientific Management in the 1920s to the School of Human Relations, trends in management work evolve and methods get fine-tuned over time. I heard in 1990 from a fellow manager born outside the USA that the world wide management attitude is "She Sucked" at the end of every century of recorded business literature. This viewpoint appears to be where none of the needs of the employees are met by their supervisor's role other than the paycheck and that which power provides. Perhaps we can transition with our Government today standing for change.

Kindness Not Withheld

Blog topics:
Offering outward signs of emotional support or secure comfort is optionally appreciated. Underlying manipulations of getting only what one wants by either end of the channel is judged differently. A selfish interest in trying to be kind can be alternately smart, unfriendly, or perhaps gentlemanly in today's day and age, but not wise or pure. Sharing of wealth in kindness can be intended for one, a few people, or a large society and can be known or unknown. To recognize someone for generosity of spirit and love to you it is best to go deeper than pleasure of either.

Power Back Biting

Blog topics:
A manager at a mental health system employer once said for peer staff to "always err on the side of friendly." Bending rules of the hierarchy in advocacy, stepping through boundaries and trying to make friends with colleagues, or socializing with somebody's client can be professional and wanted. A friendly explanation in volunteering information can be penalized legally. Too often the inadequacy of an employer's rating method results in "bite them in the ass" performance reviews which highlight what was spoken too much over work accomplished.

Problem vs. Solution Economics

Blog topics:
Our own economic standing is not our only indicator if we're in a recession or a depression. OK now and worrying about the future makes a tinge of bad feeling. Brace yourself knowing some news sources say any changes in the economy is bad news. We still have family leave legislation, which is good news in emergency times. Welfare to work programs assist with jobs and support to a population in distress. Looking at the big picture, we can see hope in news attention to alternative energy and electric cars.

Customer Service is All It Takes

Blog topics:
When needed, excellent customer service can make the difference for independence in life for the focus point of the economy. A consumer of mental health can be involved in operating equipment and systems after participating in technology purchases when the merchant offers excellent customer service. Rules against reasonable accommodations in the marketplace not based on time available of the sales force are mean spirited. The usual horror stories of a standard waiting period of 34 minutes on the phone to cancel internet service when it is not an option on the web site is punishing.

A Life of Abundance

Take Living Abundantly to mean spiritually and not by measures of material wealth. Living Abundantly is more than fellowship. It is centered on love. Spreading the greater good in acts that are humanitarian, environmental, or empowering to faith are key to meaningfulness, which is a component of happiness. Whether single or with a family of your own, giving of oneself and sacrificing for others can well be sound judgment if the journey was an investment into a life well-lived.
